About this deal

The K100 is basically an introductory level speakerphone with the basic feature set. Most all are controlled with the center multi-function button through a series of touches, taps and holds. To power up the speakerphone, you press and hold the mult-function button. To redial, you double tap the multi-function button. The first step in our test was to open a connection between our test phone and each kit, taking a note of which was the most user-friendly to link up, and awarding extra points to those systems that can be linked to more than one phone simultaneously.

The auctioneer shall regulate the bidding and shall determine from time to time the appropriate increment needed to advance the bidding. Audio quality was also key. Earpieces had to be comfortable and visor kits simple to fit. Price was the final factor, taken from a range of sources as we went to press. TIPS Keep Your Eyes on the Road: The controls are easy to find with your fingertips without looking for them. Before driving, reach up and familiarize yourself with the controls so you can keep your eyes on the road when a call comes in.Sound Your Best: Clip the speakerphone to your visor where the two microphones, located on the top of the unit, can be closest to your face so you can speak in a normal tone of voice and be heard. If your phone is A2DP-enabled you can also hear streaming audio like GPS instructions and music through your car speakers. We recommend that you transfer audio to an FM channel before you start driving, and that you make a routinely clear channel a preset on your stereo. Despite its premium name, the Sony is the cheapest in our test. This is because it's very basic, and really only provides a bear minimum in functionality. Sound quality isn't tops, although voices are at least accurate and recognisable. A low price is pretty much all the Sony can offer.

Buying one of the best Bluetooth hands-free kits for your car is one of the easiest ways to stay legally connected to your phone on the move. Whether you pair your device with an in earpiece or visor-mounted unit, these Bluetooth phone kits will enable you to make and receive calls safely while driving. The K100 is a hand-free Bluetooth kit for in-car use. It has a large metal clip on the rear to hook over a sun visor and comes with a USB cigarette lighter adaptor and micro USB cable for power. To find another FM channel, while FM is turned on, press and hold the FM button until another channel option is announced, then tune your radio to the new channel. Turn the LED On or Off: For comfortable night driving, you can turn the lights on or off by pressing and holding the Mute button for 2 seconds until you hear a tone. iii) confirm that you are authorised to provide these credit card details to the auctioneer, and have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

Clip the speakerphone to your visor where the two microphones, located on the top of the unit, can be closest to your face so you can speak in a normal tone of voice and be heard. SPECIFICATIONS Talk Time The FM Button, once pushed, will prompt an audio command as to which FM Station the transmission will play through. The K100 is programmed to feed through five FM channels. You can stream audio files and calls through your car stereo. This featured worked well with audio files playing nicely through your stereo. I'm not sure of the need to stream calls through your car stereo with such a strong speaker on the K100. The new Plantronics K100™ is more than just an in-car speakerphone.. Broadcast calls, GPS navigation and music from your smartphone over the K100 s stereo Bluetooth connection, and stay in control whilst driving. Or link to your car speakers with the FM transmitter. Its slim profile is designed to fit on your car’s visor, and deliver the audio excellence you expect from Plantronics Dual microphones, noise reduction technology, voice alerts and large, easy-to-locate buttons provide clear conversations or use the dedicated mute button to go silent with one touch. With convenience like this, you may never leave your car. The ML18 performs a lot better than its price suggests. Sound quality is only fair, but it's comfortable and can connect to two phones at once. It's relatively easy to use, too, and its compact size doesn't draw attention. Its overall performance isn't enough to trouble more expensive models, though. CONNECT: Select “PLT_K100” from the list of Bluetooth devices shown on your phone. If the phone asks for a passcode, enter four zeros (0000). Note: You may see **** on screen. Some phones also ask to confirm the connection after pairing. The speakerphone LED will stop flashing red/blue once your phone is successfully paired/connected.

On sale day until 5 pm and the following Monday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. The Auctioneers may levy a storage charge on items not cleared by this time. The original Minikit Neo was good and this updated model has better sound quality – voices are crisp and clear compared to the original. There's a free app for your phone that helps to optimise the system's performance, too. The Parrot is pricier than rivals, though, and not the easiest to operate.
