About this deal

Steroid hay fever nasal sprays include one of the steroids; budesonide, fluticasone, mometasone or beclometasone. The prescription steroid hay fever nasal sprays available from The Independent Pharmacy include Dymista, Flixonase, Nasonex, and Benacort. Dymista nasal spray contains a combination of a steroid and an antihistamine for the dual relief of symptoms. We are also available to offer over-the-counter hay fever nasal sprays containing the steroids beclometasone or fluticasone. Common over-the-counter brands of hay fever nasal sprays include Beconase and Pirinase as well as generic treatments. Hay fever nasal sprays usually contain a corticosteroid (steroid), which helps to reduce inflammation and calm the irritation in the nasal lining. As hay fever steroid nasal sprays are applied to the area of action, they can be administered in very low doses and still be extremely effective. This means that they are unlikely to cause any side effects and still provide relief from the nasal symptoms of hay fever. All medicines carry the potential of causing side effects, though not everyone experiences them. Nonetheless, it’s vital that you are informed of the risks posed by any medicine you are taking.

Do not take more Treathay (fexofenadine) to make up for the missed dose. What should I do if I accidentally take more Treathay than I should? Hay fever sufferers say the tablets are so good, they completely ended their hay fever symptoms. They described the tablets - which are stronger than traditional tablets like Cetirizine Hydrochloride and Loratadine - as making them feel like they don't even have hay fever at all any more. Fexofenadine at concentrations 32 times greater than the therapeutic concentration in man had no effect on the delayed rectifier K+ channel cloned from human heart.

Treathay may cause drowsiness in some people. If you experience any side effects that may impair your cognitive ability, such as drowsiness, dizziness or visual disturbances, do not drive or operate machinery until it is safe for you to do so. Can I drink alcohol while taking Treathay hay fever tablets? I don't know what I would have done without it this year, when the pollen has been absolutely crazy. You may only need to take loratadine on a day when you have symptoms, for instance if you've been exposed to a trigger such as animal hair. Or you may need to take it regularly to prevent symptoms, such as hay fever during spring and summer. TREATHAY should not be taken during pregnancy and whilst breast-feeding unless advised by a doctor. Although most of us hop in the shower first thing, if you’re a hay fever sufferer then you should enjoy an evening shower too. Pollen can cling to your hair and clothes and then end up on your skin, especially when the pollen count is high. Showering before you go to bed can stop pollen getting in your bed and on your sheets, which will only make your symptoms

Taking too much Treathay (fexofenadine) may cause side effects including dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue and dry mouth. If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it's nearly time for your next dose. In this case, skip the missed dose and take your next dose at the usual time. The usual dose for treating hives is 180mg once a day for adults and children aged 12 years and over.

Who can take antihistamines

Some medicines and fexofenadine can affect each other and increase the chances of you having side effects. Several small studies in the US show that when groups of around 100 people or less were given vitamin C intravenously or with a nasal spray, their histamine levels were reduced and symptoms associated with hay fever, such as a snotty nose and sneezing, were
